After placing your order, it will be sent into production for a period of 2-4 working days. Once ready, your order will be shipped to you using either DHL, DPD, USPS, or Royal Mail, depending on the size of the item and your location.

Delivery within the UK typically takes 2-4 working days after shipping.

Delivery within the EU typically takes 4-6 working days after shipping.

Delivery to the US typically takes 4-6 working days after shipping.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Our production facilities are located in the UK, EU and the US. Your order will be shipped from the facility nearest to you in order to ensure faster shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return the item to us within 30 days, but please note that you will need to cover the cost of return postage. It is important that the item is returned undamaged and using a tracked delivery service. Please note that we cannot accept returns for used items.
